My abdomen looks a little more defined
I tried EMSCULPT NEO because my lower stomach and sides bothered me. More than warmth, I noticed a strong pulling sensation in my abdominal muscles. It took some getting used to. Afterward, my core felt different during exercise, and when I compared photos, my abdomen looked a little more defined.
My stomach is less noticeable under clothes
It was an unusual feeling to have my abdominal muscles contract so strongly on their own during EMSCULPT NEO. Afterward, I wasn't particularly uncomfortable. My weight hadn't changed, but in clothes, my stomach looked less prominent. For now, I'm keeping track of how much firmer it feels.
I can see the difference in before-and-after photos
I thought EMSCULPT NEO would be easy because you lie down, but the first abdominal contractions were quite strong. When I got up the next day, I was a little sore, though I gradually adjusted. My abs seemed to tire less during exercise. The difference in my stomach's shape was easier to see in before-and-after photos than in the mirror.
