Opus is Alma's plasma and radiofrequency skin-renewal platform. RF energy ionizes air molecules to create tiny plasma sparks. These create microscopic channels at the surface and deliver heat to the dermis beneath, stimulating collagen and elastin production.
It stimulates the epidermis and dermis together to support natural renewal and firmness. We choose among Pixel RF, CoaxiPolar and Spark Tip handpieces according to the skin and treatment area, addressing firmness, lines, pores, scars, pigmentation and redness.
Firms loose skin and softens wrinkles. RF heat reaches the dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

My neck lines and eye area look smoother
I had Opus for fine lines and firmness, especially the lines on my neck. I watched how things developed rather than judging immediately, and after a few days I felt comfortable seeing people again. Later, my neck lines and eye area looked smoother than before to me.

Do not pick scabs or flakes, and use sunscreen. Avoid harsh cleansing, scrubs, alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for the recommended period.
Tips differ in pin configuration and treatment area. The Atrophic 6-pin tip is used for acne scars, pores and stretch marks; the 15-pin tip treats fine lines and texture over broader areas; and the Traumatic 3-pin tip is used for injury and surgical scars.
