Dong-An Joongsim Clinic Introduces EXOSMART Autologous Exosome Treatment

Dong-An Joongsim Clinic has introduced EXOSMART, an autologous exosome system from Italy’s Medica.

The report described EXOSMART’s ultrafiltration technology as an advance on PRP, stating that it concentrates regenerative components below 15 kDa. It cited approximately 30 trillion exosomes per mL (about 136 times the conventional level) and growth-factor concentrations up to four times higher. Dr. Chang-Hwan Cho described the treatment as an option for improving skin texture, firmness and tone. Dr. Soyoun Koo explained that removing unwanted fractions may reduce the recovery burden and that combining it with skin boosters or lifting treatments may support skin structure and the duration of results.
