ASLS Bangkok 2026: Dr. Chang-Hwan Cho on Synchronized RF and HIFES

In “Synchronized RF and HIFES: The Anchor-Pulley Concept,” Dr. Cho discussed combining radiofrequency and muscle stimulation in lifting strategies guided by facial anatomy.

Dr. Chang-Hwan Cho spoke at ASLS Bangkok 2026, held at Avani Riverside Bangkok Hotel in Thailand on September 2–3, 2026. The conference brought aesthetic and anti-aging doctors together to share experience with energy-based treatments and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Cho presented “Clinical Insights and Practical Tips for Synchronized RF and HIFES: The Anchor-Pulley Concept in Anatomic Facial Rejuvenation.”

The lecture explained the principles and practical use of synchronized RF and HIFES treatment, considering changes in the skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles as the face ages. Using the Anchor-Pulley Concept, Dr. Cho discussed facial support structures and muscle movement, and shared practical techniques for directing energy according to anatomy and aging patterns. The aim was to support natural-looking lifting and contour improvement. The session offered an opportunity to compare experience with international colleagues and discuss anatomically informed approaches to rejuvenation.
